CHALLENGE

Latino cARTographies sought new ways to expand cultural storytelling through immersive technology and interactive media experiences.

SOLUTION

Develop a museum-style virtual reality experience that allows users to explore Houston’s lowrider culture through interactive 360° storytelling.

BUILDING THE EXPERIENCE

The project began as a documentary-style 360° storytelling experience edited in Premiere Pro before evolving into an immersive virtual exhibition in Unity. As additional stories and footage were captured, our team decided the experience should shift away from a single linear film and become a more interactive environment where users could freely explore through spatial storytelling.
